If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Change of mind.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, allowing 3 working days for UK / 5 working days ROI for delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it, as new.
  • All components supplied
  • In the original packaging.


If this isn’t possible, the refund will not be possible.

Faulty items:

All of our items have a 12 month warranty.

Any issues must be raised within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

Within 30 days of receipt, we will either refund or replace the item with a like for like item, which ever is preferred. 

For the remainder, we will repair the item under warranty, if a repair is not feasible, we will exchange the item with a like for like item.

Excluded items:

Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons - toothbrush heads, razor blades.

Clothing - underwear, swimwear & socks.

Costs:

You (the customer) will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item.

Processes:

All authorised refunds will be returned to the original source of payment within TEN WORKING DAYS of the item being received. We will email you when this has been processed.

In the case of purchasing an item via a deal site, the refund will be returned to the original source of payment by the deal site, not ourselves. We will email you when we have instructed the deal site to refund you within TEN WORKING DAYS of the item being received.

In ALL cases of return, please email us directly on support@ugoagogo.com with ALL of your order details (if your order is from a deal site we will need the voucher codes to trace the order) and a thorough explanation as for the reason for return.

We will supply you a personal returns number and the forms to return the item to us.

Deliveries:

UK - 5 working days. ROI - 10 working days ROW - Please ask. (subject to change dependent on external forces)

Items may be shipped together irrelevant of cost paid.

Should an item be delayed or lost due to customer error, we will not accept any responsibility for the costs incurred.

Please allow 2 working days for a reply to your email, we are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We are closed all national holidays and weekends.

Emails are not monitored in these periods, repeated emails will not speed up your response.
